Message	If so, contact your card and tell them the situation and that you would like the money credited back to you. You can also contact Paypal, they may still help you out with the situation, never hurts to ask. Lastly, you can just wait patiently, hoping that the guy is really just waiting for the kit to ship factory direct. : .
